Ingredients
Minced beef
Red onion
Garlic cloves
Vegetable oil
Large tomato (peeled and diced)
Tortilla wraps
Rice (cooked)
Canned corn
Kidney beans (canned)
Yellow cheese (grated)
Oregano (dried)
Cumin
Paprika
Black pepper
Salt
Sour cream

Recipe
Step 1: Begin by finely chopping the onion and garlic. Heat oil in a pan at a moderate temperature.
Step 2: Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until they soften, approximately 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add the minced meat to the pan and stir well with a wooden fork to achieve a crumbly texture.
Step 4: Season the filling with oregano, cumin, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Stir the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 5: Add diced tomatoes, corn, and kidney beans to the mixture. Cook until the minced meat is tender, and most of the liquid has evaporated (15-20 minutes).
Step 6: Grate the cheese.
Step 7: Heat tortilla wraps in a pan. Place yellow cheese lengthwise on each tortilla, add the prepared filling, and top with cooked rice.
Step 8: Carefully wrap the tortillas by folding the lower side first, ensuring the filling is enclosed, and then rolling them lengthwise.
Step 9: Optionally, top each burrito with sour cream and finely chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley). Your burrito is ready to be enjoyed!
